Charlotte FC is introducing a brand-new Ticket Exchange Program in 2026, exclusively for Charlotte FC Club Season Ticket Members, to provide greater flexibility for our most loyal fans.
Eligibility:
- 翱苍濒测听Club Level Season Ticket Members听are eligible to participate.
- Season Ticket Member Accounts must be听up to date on payments.
How it works:
- Each eligible member may exchange tickets for up to听three (3) regular-season home matches听during the听Ticket Exchange Period.
- For any tickets returned during the window, ticket credit will be issued to your account and听automatically applied toward the 2027 Season Membership renewal.
- Exchangeable matches and the number of allowable exchanges per match are subject to availability.
- Tickets that have been transferred, resold, or are unpaid due to payment plans are听not eligible听for the Program.听
- Credits from exchange are not eligible for a refund and听must be applied to the 2027 season ticket invoice.听
- Season Ticket Members must log into听听and submit exchanges by听Friday, February 27.
The program will terminate at the end of the Season Ticket Exchange Period.听Charlotte FC reserves the right to terminate or modify the exchange program at any time.听The number of tickets exchanged per match will be capped.听2027 Playoff matches or future years will be excluded from the Ticket Exchange refund.
